The neutron scattering landscape in Europe is undergoing a period of change. The future is bright, with neutron facilities and the neutron user community taking a proactive approach to ensure continuity of access to neutron scattering in Europe.
ESS and ILL see this as a perfect opportunity to hold their second joint User Meeting, this time hosted by ESS, and to be held in Lund. The September event promises a series of exciting and engaging plenary lectures, as well as an update from both the ILL and ESS.
In addition, the organisers are arranging five parallel sessions to provide focused discussions on topics including: Chemistry of Materials, Magnetism, Fundamental and Particle Physics, Life Sciences, Soft Condensed Matter, Engineering and Materials Science, Imaging and Data Science.
REGISTRATIONS & CALL FOR ABSTRACTS NOW OPEN
All those wishing to attend the User Meeting can register or submit an abstract on the dedicated conference webpage here: http://neutrons4europe.com
When registering, you will be asked to indicate which of the parallel topics you are interested in. Space at the conference venue is limited and we wish to ensure that the largest rooms are allocated for the topics attracting the most participants.
