Research Interests
Alexander did his master thesis focused on the MB17 prototype of the Multi-Blade detector. His task was to analyze experimental data obtained at Rutherford Laboratories, England, where the Multi-Blade was used in the CRISP neutron reflectometry instrument. He then worked as a Lab Assistant at Utgård, mainly assisting with data analysis of Multi-Grid data. He also took part in the assembling of the Multi-Grid prototype in preparation for the SNS beam time. At present, he continues assisting with the Multi-Grid project. His main focus is writing analysis code in Python for Multi-Grid data.
