At the ESS construction site, reinforcement of the 2-meter thick slab for the high bay vault on top of the Target Station Monolith in the Target Building (D02) is ongoing.
Pre-cast concrete blocks for the Test Stand bunker are being received every morning at the Gallery Building (G02), with daily deliveries expected until the end of the year. Approximately 200 concrete blocks will be arriving via the Klystron Gallery loading hall.
MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) works in the Installation Gallery under the Experimental Hall 1 (D01) bottom slab are also ongoing.
