ESS Science Seminar in Belgium

The ESS project presents a unique opening for members of the Belgian scientific community and industry to work directly in collaboration with international partners on one of the largest science infrastructure projects being built in Europe today.

The ESS Science Seminar in Brussels will be held on 14 September 2017 in collaboration with the Belgian Federal Science Policy Office (BELSPO) and the Belgian Nuclear Research Centre (SCK•CEN).

At the event, the status of the ESS project, the ESS instrument suite and future science, the approach to in-kind contributions and open in-kind possibilities at ESS will be presented, along with collaboration opportunities with Belgian research initiatives, organisations, and industry. The program will include sessions dedicated to scientific topics of particular interest to the Belgian research community.
