The 5th ESS Annual Review

This is the 5th ESS Annual Review, to be held Tuesday to Friday, December 11-14.

The Annual Review brings together a number of international experts from similar projects, facilities and fields of science to provide an independent analysis of the ESS Project. The review is an important management tool that supports ESS in driving the project efficiently and effectively, addressing potential challenges in a timely manner and adhering to planned progress.

The review will be chaired by Austin Ball (CERN), who also chaired the Annual Review that took place in October last year. Apart from the Chair, the review committee consists of 24 reviewers, divided into seven sub-committees, with international experience from several major research infrastructures, major projects and from the science community.
