This workshop will gather experts in fundamental neutron and neutrino science and ESS specialists to discuss current experiments, timelines, and future opportunities. It will include theoretical reviews, proposals for new experiments, and technical insights from ESS staff. 

Attendees are encouraged to submit proposals emphasising scientific impact and integration into the ESS. The workshop aims to produce a collaborative report outlining unique scientific opportunities for ESS experiments, intended for ESS management, advisory bodies, and other global facilities hosting similar research.
