The 4th ESS Annual Review

The scope of the 4th ESS Annual Review will be different than the scopes of the previous three ESS Annual Reviews.

It will not only review the current project status relative to the baseline, but it will also comment on a set of scenarios for completing the construction phase and for approaching and planning for the initial operations phase.

The review will be chaired by Austin Ball (CERN), who also chaired the Initial Operations review that took place in May. Apart from the Chair, the review committe consists of 12 reviewers with experience from several major research infrastructures, major projects and from the science community.
